With the development of ocean shipping,the emergence of the hub-and-spoke shipping network makes the division of tasks between the branch transport network and the trunk transport network more and more clear:the trunk transport network is responsible for the transportation of goods between the trunk ports;Regional transportation network is responsible for the goods transportation trunk ship need in shaft radial shipping network,usually multiple feeder service in a container lines,and the number of feeder vessel often is several times the size of the main ship,container feeder transportation in respects of reasonable ship scheduling optimization has more space,so scholars and experts from all walks of life to regional transportation of container trailer in the ship's reasonable scheduling research is becoming more and more deeply in addition,compared with other modes of transportation,maritime transport is considered to be a relatively clean way of transportation,so the container enterprise low carbon economy is faced with the pursuit of environmental benefits Under the pressure of social responsibility,this paper will introduce environmental factors to study the scheduling problem of container feeder ships based on hub-and-spoke network.Is in shaft radial network mode,this paper begins with research of the container feeder vessel scheduling problem,under the premise of considering the environmental factors in regional shipping,shipping companies into the target of minimizing the total operating costs for the container feeder vessel route planning problem is analyzed with reasonableness of the ship equipped with carbon emissions and other constraints in time window constraints conditions feeder vessel scheduling model is set up,finally to the feeder vessel scheduling problem of the Bohai sea area as an example to verify calculation,By using the improved genetic algorithm to solve the problem,the optimal scheduling scheme is obtained.Shipping enterprises are not required to make reasonable shipping schedule for their reference,and shipping enterprises are guaranteed to realize environmental benefits and assume corresponding social responsibilities under the premise of minimal operating costs.The result analysis of the final example verifies that the model established in this paper can effectively design the scheduling scheme of shipping enterprises,and give consideration to both economic benefits and environmental benefits,making it closer to the reality in practical application and providing guiding significance for shipping enterprises ship scheduling.The main innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of the model.In addition to the basic influencing factors,carbon emission factors and time window factors are introduced,and the traditional genetic algorithm is improved in the solution model to make it more effective to verify the example.
