The key control parameter of uranium enrichment cascade is the pressure of each stage,and the electric regulating valve is the main pressure control equipment.The closed-loop control system is composed of electric regulating valve,DCS system,pressure sensor and other equipment.It controls the pressure by conventional PI control algorithm,which has good steady-state control accuracy and response speed.Since the application of electric regulating valve,our company has achieved good operation results.However,because the PI control parameters are set to a fixed value in operation,when there is a large pressure disturbance in the system,the online setting can not be carried out according to the actual pressure change,and the optimal control effect can not be achieved.The control performance of the system is not ideal in dealing with abnormal pressure fluctuation,and it is easy to make the controlled pressure exceed the operation safety limit,which has a negative impact on the safe and stable operation of the system.The mathematical model of the electric regulating valve is established in this paper,based on the analysis of the structure,working characteristics and operation of the electric regulating valve.With the combination of the theoretical analysis and system identification method,the simulation model of the electric regulating valve is established by MATLAB simulation software.The dynamic and static simulation of the electric regulating valve is carried out,and the influence of different PI parameters on the control performance of the electric regulating valve is analyzed.In order to solve the problem that the control performance of conventional PI controller is weak under large pressure disturbance,an optimization scheme based on RBF-PID intelligent algorithm is proposed and simulated in MATLAB.The control performance of the two algorithms is compared and analyzed.By comparing and analyzing the simulation results of conventional PI control and RBF-PID mode of electric regulating valve,it is concluded that RBF-PID mode has better control effect when dealing with system pressure disturbance.It provides a basis for our company to further optimize the control performance of electric regulation.
