In recent years,in order to improve management efficiency,power companies have used ERP systems to enhance their control over internal operations through system renewal and management.ERP system is an enterprise information system.Through the integrated management of information,optimize the allocation of internal resources of the enterprise,and link the business operations,procurement and other business links to promote the control and management of the business,the competition of enterprises.The force has also been improved.The ERP information management system has been successfully applied in the management process of foreign power companies.However,in the application process,it is necessary to overcome a number of obstacles,completely change the internal management system of the enterprise,and improve the internal management efficiency through the update of the management system.A study of foreign power companies found that about 90% of enterprises used ERP system management companies,the budget exceeded,and even extended.Not only the implementation process is very problematic,but the success rate of the final system management is less than 1/3.The domestic power companies used the ERP system to conduct a company management process investigation,and found that the enterprises with no budget exceeded 15% to 20%,and the proportion of successful implementation was 1/2.The above data shows that power companies face difficulties in adopting ERP information management system for enterprise management.How to solve the problems in the process of ERP information management system and promote the improvement of enterprise management efficiency,so that ERP information management system can be successfully implemented.Become a problem that needs to be solved urgently.This also indicates that this paper is of great significance to the study of the dilemma faced by ERP information system management.JS Power Company is a large-scale power company.Under the current situation of increasing market competition,the company needs to continuously improve its management efficiency and quality,enhance its competitiveness,and begin to adopt ERP information system for enterprise operation management.Promote the development of the company.However,JS Power Company still has many problems in the specific implementation process.Therefore,this paper takes JS Power Company as the research object,and proposes the ERP system implementation optimization plan based on the current implementation status of ERP system.Based on the analysis of the current situation of JS power company's implementation of ERP system and the questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes the problems of JS power company's implementation of ERP,including the ideological and moral issues of employees,the quality of employees,and the irregularization of enterprise information.The corresponding solutions are proposed,including establishing a good communication feedback mechanism and adopting a software modularization method.The research work in this paper can provide direct reference for JS Company's ongoing or upcoming ERP implementation,and it also has certain reference value for implementing ERP for related enterprises.
