Research On The Method Of Landscape Construction Of Cultural Tourism Villages Based On AVC Theory

Since 2017,with the proposal and practice of the strategy of rural revitalization,Nanchong,Yibin and other places in Sichuan Province have successively carried out the construction of cultural and tourism featured villages,ecological livability and industrial prosperity have become an important direction of the current village landscape construction.The construction of cultural tourism characteristic village landscape is based on the transformation of rural environmental landscape,combined with the needs of industrial planning and cultural heritage,aiming to build a new beautiful village with resource attraction,industrial maintenance and environmental support.As an important carrier of cultural tourism characteristic village construction,its landscape planning and construction,on the one hand,is conducive to the inheritance and promotion of the traditional culture of the village and the development and utilization of the unique landscape resources of the village;on the other hand,the construction of cultural tourism characteristic village is based on the industrial construction and service supporting,which is conducive to renovating the service facilities of the village,improving the living environment of the village and promoting the healthy development of rural economy.Based on the construction of cultural tourism characteristic village landscape,this paper introduces the AVC three forces analysis theory to build a comprehensive evaluation system of cultural tourism characteristic village landscape.Using the evaluation system to analyze the current situation of Jing Nan Village landscape,this paper discusses the weak points and breakthrough points of Jing Nan cultural tourism village landscape construction from two aspects of questionnaire survey and weight analysis.According to the comprehensive analysis of the landscape status of Jing Nan Village,combined with the regional upper planning,the paper puts forward specific planning and design methods for the landscape construction practice of Jing Nan cultural tourism village.Through the establishment and analysis of the evaluation system and the planning practice of the actual cases,it has certain reference significance for the future research on the theory and practice of cultural tourism characteristic village landscape construction.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the concept analysis of village landscape,cultural tourism and AVCtheory,this paper discusses the relationship between cultural tourism characteristic village landscape construction and AVC three forces comprehensive evaluation,and puts forward the construction of cultural tourism characteristic village landscape comprehensive evaluation system,including 3 project layers,11 factor layers and 36 indicators.Based on the analysis of the distribution differences of the weight of each index in the AVC evaluation system of cultural tourism characteristic village landscape,the paper concludes that the general importance attractiveness(0.5421)> capacity(0.2677)> vitality(0.1902)in the system,and puts forward the scoring standard.(2)Using the evaluation system to analyze the landscape status of Jing Nan Village,the results of questionnaire survey are as follows: attractiveness(0.665)> vitality(0.650)>capacity(0.645);comprehensive score attractiveness(0.364)> capacity(0.173)> vitality(0.125).It is proposed to take the attraction construction as the foundation,make full use of the superior landscape and cultural resources in the region,build upgraded beautiful villages with high standard requirements,comprehensively improve the public service facilities and infrastructure of villages,develop small and precise industrial mode,control the number of residents and tourists,highlight the ecological environment and tea culture characteristics,and take the improvement of bearing capacity as the support It adopts the small-scale gradual transformation mode,respects the village texture and environment,reserves the village development space,and according to the industrial development prospect,improves the level of village facilities allocation,and overcomes the shortcomings.(3)According to the analysis of the current situation of Jing Nan Village,the paper puts forward the specific reconstruction planning measures in the practice of AVC theory application and Jing Nan cultural tourism village landscape construction.In order to improve the attractiveness of landscape,it is necessary to re-establish the master plan and node upgrading scheme based on the market positioning.The vitality upgrading is mainly carried out from two aspects: the application of management mode and supporting service system,including image planning,operation promotion and municipal service facilities upgrading.The capacity upgrading includes specific measures such as industrial planning,building upgrading and ecological environment upgrading.
