As an important component connecting superstructure and substructure of bridge,support system plays an important role in force transfer.In recent years,China’s railway bridge construction has been carried out on a large scale,and bridge maintenance work is also carried out in an all-round way.In this process,many bridge diseases have been found,including those of railway bridge support system.The bridge damage accidents caused by the diseases of railway bridge support system occur from time to time,resulting in great economic loss and social impact.In order to put an end to the occurrence of bridge operation accidents and ensure the good condition of bridge equipment and the safe operation of lines,this paper systematically discusses the types,causes and diagnosis and treatment methods of existing railway support system diseases,so as to find effective methods for the diagnosis and treatment of existing railway support system diseases.On the basis of combing the research background and significance of this topic and the related literature at home and abroad,the paper summarizes the classification of railway bridge bearing and common diseases of railway bridge support system;then,this paper selects the survey data of three kinds of bearing diseases commonly used at present,namely basin bearing,rocker bearing and spherical bearing,and analyzes the causes of typical diseases;then,according to the previous paper,the author analyzes the causes of the disease Based on the analysis and summary of the two aspects of detection and diagnosis and treatment,the diagnosis and treatment countermeasures are proposed respectively from the design,construction and maintenance of the existing railway bridge support system disease diagnosis and treatment countermeasures;then select two typical bridge support system disease whole process diagnosis and treatment scheme to summarize the support system disease diagnosis and treatment process;finally,the full text The summary and technology prospect are presented.This paper on the existing railway bridge support system disease related research,can provide relevant reference and suggestions for bridge maintenance management personnel,and provide technical support for the maintenance of China’s existing railway safety,stable operation and sustainable development of bridge construction.Picture 47,Table 19,Reference 43.
