It is a fundamental solution to solve energy and environmental problems to replace traditional fossil energy with large-scale distributed generation of wind and light,and the establishment of its management and operation model has become an important research direction.Active distribution network technology integrates different forms of distributed generation into management,which is of great significance for improving the consumption level of clean energy generation and improving the system economy.In order to solve the problem of operation management of distributed power generation technology cluster in grid-connected mode,the method of dividing distributed energy cluster and its operation model are proposed.Aiming at the uncertainty of output of distributed generation cluster,the uncertainty model of output is analyzed.By analyzing the grid structure and electrical characteristics of different distributed energy clusters,the corresponding cluster partition model is established.Based on the uncertain two-layer programming model,the distributed generation cluster coordination optimization model is established,in which the upper model takes the system comprehensive operation cost minimization in the form of opportunity constraint programming as the objective function,the power balance constraint,the output constraint of the cluster coordination layer and other necessary constraints as the model.The lower model takes the profit maximization of the cluster coordination layer in the form of opportunity constraint planning as the objective function,takes into account the load switching operation constraints,the power balance constraints and other necessary constraints of the coordination layer to establish the model.The objective function in the form of chance constraint and the constraint condition in the form of probability constraint are calculated by the technique of uncertain function simulation.The feedback strategy,adaptive step size and global record are introduced into the basic artificial fish swarm algorithm.Based on the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm,the upper and lower levels of the bilayer programming model are designed respectively.By setting up two modes of scheduling to make the cluster coordination layer and the system scheduling plan,the simulation example shows that after the coordinated scheduling of the load and the unit operation plan through the cluster coordination layer,the integrated operation cost of the system can be reduced by part of the cost of load management,which has better social and economic benefits.
