As one of the representative products of the new somatosensory entertainment industry,dynamic cinema has greatly enriched people's daily leisure ways.4D dynamic seat control system as the center of dynamic cinema,its control performance directly affects the experience effect of viewers and the economic benefits of businesses.Among them,the coordination ability and control accuracy of each axis(motor)of the 4D dynamic seat are the key technical problems faced by the research and design of the system,and are also the important factors to judge whether the control performance of the system is superior.Therefore,the research on the control system of 4D dynamic seat has important practical engineering significance.In this paper,the 3-DOF motion control platform based on servo system is taken as the research object,the goal is to improve the coordination ability and control accuracy of each axis of the 4D dynamic seat,takes the each axis as the motor synchronization control method of theory research as the breakthrough point,focuses on the mechanical design,hardware circuit construction,upper computer control software development and lower computer control program design of the 3-DOF motion control platform based on servo system studied deeply.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:Through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the research status of 4D dynamic seat control system was understood and the research trend was summarized.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements and related basic characteristic factors of the 4D dynamic seat control system,the overall scheme design of the control system was carried out.In view of the collaborative control performance requirements of each axis of the 4D dynamic seat,the permanent magnet synchronous motors are taken as actuators,control strategy based on ring coupling,designed a multiple synchronous motor controller based on sliding mode variable structure,from the theoretical level achieved the motors speed to follow the purpose of given speeds quickly,shows that the designed controller is effective,system coordination ability is strong.In view of the control accuracy requirements of each axis of the 4D dynamic seat,the excellent core processor and servo drive system are selected in hardware,and the control software of the upper computer is developed with a high-level language,then matched the high-performance servo electric cylinder,so that the position control accuracy of each axis can be effectively guaranteed.In view of the realization of 4D dynamic seat control system,a 3-DOF motion control platform was built to form a preliminary prototype,through the experimental test of the system function of the prototype,through the experimental test of the system function of the prototype,the results show that the control system designed in this paper can make each axis of the 4D dynamic seat move according to the established track of the movie action configuration file,basically achieved the desired effect of the 4D dynamic seat control system,reflecting that the overall scheme designed in this paper is correct and effective.
