Based on the continuous improvement of China's industrialization level, the construction technology of corresponding buildings is also developing rapidly.Prefabricated buildings can be built in large quantities and are energy-efficient,which has gradually become the development trend of the construction industry. However, the development of prefabricated buildings in China is slow, especially in the design and integration of prefabricated buildings, which still adheres to conventions and does not fully match its construction methods.Based on the research of open architecture theory and the application of BIM application technology in the entire life cycle of the building, this paper analyzes the characteristics and construction methods of the prefabricated building in order to propose a spatial variability and adaptability that can meet future changes The design method of prefabricated buildings further explores the development of prefabricated buildings from the perspective of design and integration.Based on the practice of prefabricated building design under the open architecture theory system,it is necessary to use BIM as technical support, fully integrate its theory and practice, and then use its three common points as support to form a unified design principle.New changes were realized in space, function, structure and form.At the same time, architectural design research based on this theory also needs to explore its feasibility, based on standard and experimental practice, and implement the combination of open architecture theory, prefabricated architecture and BIM technology. This article first summarizes the prefabricated building and confirms that it has three characteristics: structural component, prefabricated component and component integration.Secondly,it analyzes the research status of prefabricated building, open architecture theory and BIM technology at home and abroad, determines the research purpose and Innovation. On this basis, firstly interpret open architecture theory, analyze the main theory of open architecture theory and its theoretical basis, and summarize the design features of open architecture theory:hierarchy division, variable control and system opening.Based on the three characteristics of the open architecture theory, combined with prefabricated houses, the relationship between the two is studied.Secondly,it analyzes the causes and application scope of BIM technology, and then discusses the application of BIM technology in its preliminary planning, scheme design, scheme deepening and collaborative design in combination with prefabricated houses. Finally, taking the No.10 plot of Fuyuan,Lvcheng,Xinxiang City as a practical case, the feasibility of the combination of the three is discussed in depth, and it is determined that the open building is designed based on the variable "number of people" in the design of the prefabricated residential space The spatial flexibility changes, and the establishment of IPC component "family library",3D model simulation, and application of prefabricated components in the design process of the pre-middle-post stage of the prefabricated house. This study has both theoretical and practical significance: one is the main part of the study of open building theory and the discussion of the application of BIM technology, emphasizing the guiding role of the theory in the design of prefabricated houses and the BIM technology in its entire life cycle The simulation function has enriched the theory and technology;the second is the investigation and design research combined with the actual project of Lvcheng Fuyuan in Xinxiang City, which can provide reference for the construction of assembled houses in the region and even the country in the future.
