Wireless sensor network is a distributed control and fast networking network communication technology.Sensor nodes arranged at the target place are used to collect environmental data information,and the environment is detected and controlled through wireless transmission technology.The application of wireless sensor networks to ship systems can effectively improve the construction cost of ship automation systems.The current wireless sensor nodes are usually powered by traditional chemical batteries,and the nodes are usually placed in places where humans and other inaccessible pipelines are inaccessible.When the batteries are exhausted,the wireless sensors will also fail.Converting the energy recovery in the environment into electrical energy to power the nodes is one of the effective ways to solve the node battery energy shortage.In this paper,two energy recovery wireless temperature sensors are developed: one is a wireless sensor that recovers the vibration energy in the ship environment based on the piezoelectric effect.A piezoelectric cantilever beam model is established based on piezoelectric theory and other related theories,using Ansys Workbench software Modeled andsimulated the piezoelectric cantilever beam,discussed various factors that affect the natural frequency of the piezoelectric cantilever beam,and optimized the structure size of the cantilever beam to make its natural frequency approach the vibration frequency in the ship environment.And preliminary verification of the correctness of the study through experiments.The other is a wireless sensor that recovers the swing energy in the ship based on the principle of electromagnetic induction.A swing energy collection device model is established based on electromagnetics and other related theories.Ansoft Maxwell software is used to model and simulate the rolling electromagnetic swing energy collection device.The coil parameters are optimized to improve the efficiency of swing energy collection.In this paper,a weak current collection circuit is designed;a wireless sensor system framework is proposed.According to the system architecture,the wireless transmission module and sensor module of the wireless sensor are compared and selected;the wireless transmission module is designed with low power consumption,And analyzed the overall power consumption of wireless sensors.The final test results show that the method of recovering the energy in the environment of the ship to power the wireless sensor node effectively prolongs the service life of the wireless sensor node.
