Compared with other types of power plants,nuclear reactors in nuclear power plants are often accompanied by radiation during operation,so the radiation monitoring system?KRT system?is an indispensable part of nuclear power plants[1].With the continuous advancement of nuclear power equipment autonomy in China,the research on radiation monitoring system by domestic scholars is expanding and deepening.To this end,relying on the horizontal project of the research group,through in-depth research on some problems and defects in NaI detector of the second and third generation radiation monitoring system of the current nuclear power plant,the author preliminarily constructed the NaI detector fault diagnosis device of the nuclear power plant radiation monitoring system and designed the relevant operating interface based on the VB6.0 software.The device hardware is composed of NaI detector,nuclear data processing circuit and shielding device,linghua PCI-9846 high-speed data acquisition card,linghua DAQ-2501 high-speed data acquisition card and related terminal board,power module,temperature and humidity sensor,low-frequency online radiation monitor and electromagnetic radiation probe,linghua rk610a ipc.The software is composed of 11 functional modules,including continuous monitoring mode,automatic fault monitoring mode and energy spectrum measurement mode.It is used to monitor the NaI detector's working condition which in radiation monitoring system equipment,and when it is fault,we combined with negative delay,double buffer and multi-thread thought to records nuclear signal,probe temperature signal,two spare signals and electrical signals,the magnetic signal,environment temperature and humidity signal data before and after failure,and based on the statistical method,the above stored fault data is preliminarily diagnosed and the fault type is determined.At the same time,the device also has the function of producing and outputing the nuclear signal,and has the function of energy spectrum measurement and recording.The experimental results show that the device has simple structure,stable performance,beautiful and practical interface,convenient operation,and has strong practicability.
