| In recent years,with the continuous optimization and upgrading of computer technology,the software and evaluation system related to the fixing of non-standard cargo units in marine cargo transportation have been widely researched and applied.But most of these software and evaluation systems are two-dimensional operating systems.The two-dimensional non-standard cargo securing platform is relatively abstract,the image display is flat,and the securing process is not intuitive enough,which also brings a lot of inconvenience to the securing operation.With the ’development of new technologies,3D view technology continues to mature.As one of the thriving three-dimensional technologies,Unity3D technology is increasingly used in various fields such as life,games,industry,and ships.The development of a non-standard cargo securing virtual simulation system based on Unity3D can not only break the limitations of the previous non-standard cargo securing platform,but also make the securing process more intuitive and specific.In addition,after the completion of the fastening simulation,a related text report can be output,which makes the user’s office more convenient and faster.It further promotes the development of ship transportation towards professionalism and intelligence.In this paper,a virtual simulation of the flexible securing and lashing methods for heavy cargo in non-standard cargo units is performed.Based on the analysis of the operator’s requirements for the binding of major pieces,using Unity3D and JSON,based on the algorithm of the evaluation method of the effectiveness of non-standard cargo securing devices in the CSS Rules,complete the virtual simulation system.The system mainly includes ship and cargo information input function,cargo generation function,lock library function,virtual simulation function of lashing effect,360-degree look around function,and anchoring result output function.Regarding the virtual simulation function of the lashing effect,in order to more vividly reflect the rigging and securing process,the 3D modeling software 3ds max is used to model the rigging,and the rigging model file saved in the.FBX format is imported into Unity3D.When the cargo is secured,it is called out and used by the system,and the animation effect of the rigging combination is produced.This system can also be used in the teaching of training institutions and maritime colleges.Teachers can use the system to simulate the binding of non-standard cargo,allowing students to have a more intuitive experience and deeper understanding of the binding and binding of non-standard cargo.This is to help teachers ’teaching and students’ learning.The system functions can provide support for perfecting the functions of the loader,and add wings to the intelligent navigation system.In addition,it will provide some reference for the use of Unity3D in the cargo securing of the marine field. |
