Polyphenylene warm brick is a unit polystyrene shell which is made of polyphenylene particles and molded in the factory according to the specification and size.Reinforced concrete warm brick wall is a composite wall built with polyphenylene warm brick in the construction site according to the masonry form of block,which is staggered up and down inside and outside,and tied with horizontal and vertical reinforcement in the warm brick cavity according to the reinforcement requirements of the drawings,and then poured with concrete in the warm brick cavity to form a heat preservation and load bearing body.This paper mainly studies the seismic performance of high-rise residential buildings with reinforced concrete warm brick walls as shear walls.At the same time,it makes a comparative analysis of the seismic performance with a common shear wall high-rise residential project as an example,and puts forward suggestions on the measures taken in the seismic design of high-rise residential buildings with reinforced concrete warm brick shear walls.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A 1200 mm × 300 mm × 2400 mm concrete warm brick shear wall is constructed with 200 mm series warm brick shell.The shear wall after polystyrene shell is removed is distinguished.The wall is an integral small opening shear wall.Then the equivalent moment of inertia of the wall is calculated,and the thickness of the integral wall is 155 mm when it is converted into the integral wall.(2)Based on the result that warm brick wall is equivalent to integral wall,a reinforced concrete high-rise residential model with 10 floors above ground and 1 floor under ground is established by using SATWE software.The model is also based on an example of a common high-rise residential project with concrete shear wall.SATWE software is used to carry out modal analysis and response spectrum analysis on the built model of warm brick shear wall residence.Then ETABS software is used to carry out modal analysis and response spectrum analysis on the built model.Through comparative analysis on the results of the two software,the data are basically the same,within the allowable range of error,so as to verify the correctness of the built model.(3)After the model has been verified,the SATWE software is used to analyze the elastic dynamic time history of the model,and the results of the elastic time history analysis are compared with the results of the mode decomposition response spectrum method.The results of the mode decomposition response spectrum method are closer to the real seismic response of the model,and the elastic dynamic time history analysis method can be used as an auxiliary method to the mode decomposition response spectrum method Line supplement.(4)By changing the four parameters of reinforced concrete warm brick shear wall structure model,i.e.concrete strength grade,site category,height width ratio and seismic fortification intensity,the mode decomposition response spectrum method is used to analyze the model after changing the parameters,and it is concluded that the site category and seismic fortification intensity are the important factors affecting the seismic performance of the model,while the change of concrete strength grade affects the seismic performance of the model The influence of height width ratio on the seismic performance of the model is small and almost unchanged,and the smaller the height width ratio is,the better the seismic performance is.(5)By using SATWE software,the vibration mode decomposition response spectrum analysis and elastic dynamic time history analysis of reinforced concrete warm brick shear wall structure model and ordinary concrete shear wall structure model are carried out.From the numerical analysis,it can be concluded that the seismic performance of reinforced concrete warm brick structure housing model is slightly lower than that of general concrete shear wall structure housing model,which also verifies the reinforced concrete warm brick wall as a whole The strength of the wall is weakened by the holes in the wall,and the seismic performance of the wall is lower than that of the whole wall.(6)Finally,according to the module characteristics of reinforced concrete warm brick,the measures and suggestions for seismic design of reinforced concrete warm brick shear wall structure residence are put forward,which can provide reference and data reference for the later reinforced concrete warm bricks in seismic design of high-rise residential buildings.
