Study On Fire Safety Assessment Of Nursing Home

With the development of economy and society,the proportion of aging population is increasing in our country.Aging population has become one of the most important issues in social construction.As an important tool to solve the problem of population aging,nursing home has been paid more and more attention.And fire safety of nursing home is one of the most important contents of social security management.Based on that,this thesis studies fire safety risk assessment of nursing home.The main work is as follows.The connotation of fire safety management is clarified by literature analysis method.The main methods of fire safety management and fire safety assessment is studied.The current situation of fire safety management is investigated from two aspects: the case of fire in the health care house and the hidden danger of fire safety in the health care house.The method of fire risk identification in nursing home is researched from five aspects: fire hazard source,building fire prevention,personnel status,fire safety management and fire rescue force.The fire safety assessment method of nursing home based on the combination of fault tree and fire safety checklist is proposed.Firstly,the fire fault tree is established.Secondly,the key factors affecting the occurrence of fire in congenial houses are extracted by means of Boolean algebra,and the fire safety of congenial houses is established.Finally,this method is verified through specific cases.The conclusion of this thesis is of great reference value to the fire safety management of nursing home,hospital,sanatorium and other buildings with similar functions.
