| The rear seat environment of the car is the place where the occupants rest and move in the car.At present,the major car companies are mainly based on the real vehicle test when the rear seat of the car mentioned in the national standard GB 15083-2006 is subjected to the research and analysis of the impact condition of the luggage.This method not only increases the vehicle development cost,but also extends the vehicle design cycle.This paper analyzes the regulations of GB 15083-2006 for a certain type B model.Firstly,according to the actual vehicle data given in the design and development stage,in the ANSA software,according to the grid division,material definition,setting connection method,increasing contact The process of defining the type,defining the working conditions and the boundary conditions establishes a finite element model and completes the establishment of the vehicle finite element model.Secondly,comparing the real vehicle model to find out the irrational places in the finite element model,and perfecting the finite element model based on engineering experience,a more accurate finite element model is obtained.Then the simulation calculation of the rear seat luggage impact condition of the optimized body seat model is carried out,and the results obtained by the actual vehicle test and simulation analysis are compared to verify the feasibility of the simulation analysis.Thirdly,in view of the problem that the simulation results do not meet the requirements of the regulations,this paper optimizes the material of the B-class car,and optimizes the structure of the seat skeleton model by using the optimization method of the simple solution in the structural optimization method.On the basis of completing the optimization design,the sensitivity analysis method is used to lightly design the seat frame part,so that the finite element model can achieve the lightweight design requirements under the premise of meeting the requirements of the regulations.Finally,the simulation results are analyzed and evaluated from three aspects:result credibility,regulatory pass,and enterprise analysis.The guiding conclusions are given to the selection of mounting bolts in the design process.The research results of the thesis have certain practical significance for the use of simulation methods in the development of body seat structure and the selection of optimization methods for specific seat structures. |
