A Research On Compilations Of Design Guidelines For Qingdao Historical Building Sconservation

At present,the protection of historical buildings in China has become an indispensable link in the protection of historical and cultural cities and historical and cultural heritage.However,in the specific protection practice,there are still some problems such as inadequate supervision and control,chaotic implementation and so on.The protection and design guideline aims to standardize the protection,utilization and follow-up management of historical buildings.It is a technical instruction "manual" tailored for the protection and repair of historical buildings.It records the characteristics of each historical building in detail in the form of pictures and texts,and provides a basis for the formulation and review of the protection and design scheme of historical buildings.It has strong guidance,practicability and curability.Qingdao is one of the famous historical and cultural cities in China.After the prosperity of the people’s Republic of China,the decline after the cultural revolution and the constructive destruction in the 1980s-1990 s,nearly half of the current historical buildings are in decline.At the opportunity of the compilation of historical building protection guidelines in Qingdao,through the research on the construction of protection and control guidelines system,this paper provides methods and models for the compilation of guidelines for Qingdao and other cities,and puts them into practice in the detailed protection and control of historical buildings in Zhongshan Road Historical and cultural block.Based on the research on the evolution and practice of the guidelines for the protection and design of historical buildings,this paper points out that for the protection and utilization of historical buildings,the compilation of the guidelines requires the establishment of a protection evaluation system based on the investigation and comprehensive research of the current situation of historical buildings,and the definition of the classification of historical buildings;the establishment of an adaptive protection technology system from the perspective of classification protection,value element protection and protection.In order to adapt the historical buildings to the dynamic development of the city,the systematic guidance and control requirements are formulated in many aspects such as strategies and requirements.The expression of thecompilation results needs to consider the understanding mode of the multi-level implementers,so as to formulate a readable and operable protection guideline model.On this basis,this paper focuses on the classified protection and core value elements of Qingdao historical buildings.Based on the analysis and research of the protection concept and guideline practice of historical buildings at home and abroad,a core value element database including the elements of building site,building form and building interior is constructed.From the macro and micro level,the content and requirements of control and guidance are effectively defined.The evaluation and measure standards of classified protection break through the traditional evaluation system with the unique protection value.Fully tap the potential use value of historical buildings in the block environment.Based on the practice of protection and utilization of modern historical buildings in Zhongshan Road,this paper adjusts the characteristics of public historical buildings and blocks,extracts appropriate protection and control elements,puts forward corresponding protection and control strategies,draws control chart examples,and further improves and deepens the framework and specific content of Qingdao historical buildings protection guidelines.
