Abstract/Summary:
In the process of industrial production,the controlled object has problems such as the great inertia and the time lag,so it is difficult to obtain the ideal control effect using the traditional PID algorithm.As for this problem,Digester Layer Temperature of DTDC is made to the object of study,controlling this system with the fuzzy PID algorithm,in order to further enhance the performance of this system and improve the problem of the unsatisfactory control effect of traditional PID algorithm.In this paper,firstly,the working principle of Digester Layer of DTDC is introduced.And in industrial process control,how to obtain temperature variation curve of Digester Layer of DTDC is expressed clearly.And according to the field temperature variation,this system is approximately expressed by the second-order pure hysteresis model.In terms of parameter identification,the traditional identification method is abandoned and the genetic algorithm is used for identification.And the simulation results show that the result of identification the genetic algorithm genretated is quite closer to the real value.And Secondly,the PID control system simulation is carried out,and the method of PID engineering tuning is used to debug the control system.The simulation debugging result shows that the control precision of the PID controller is not ideal.Therefore,an improved scheme is proposed for optimal adjustment of PID parameters by means of fuzzy control.According to the improved scheme,the fuzzy PID controller is designed and then simulated.The experimental results are as follows: the improved scheme is feasible,and in antiinterference experiment and tracking square wave experiment,fuzzy PID controller is better than PID controller in anti-interference performance and stability performance.Finally,he hardware design and software configuration of Digester Layer Temperature of DTDC control system are introduced,and the functions of realtime monitoring,historical data storage and database backup are realized and after debugging,the design requirements of control system is meeted definitely.In addition,from the perspective of engineering application,the fuzzy PID function block is developed to implement manual control,PID control,fuzzy PID control,automatic hand switch,non-disturbance switch,parameter configuration and other functions in the upper computer.In order to ensure the safety of the debugging process,a discrete simulation system for fuzzy PID control of Digester Layer Temperature of DTDC was built in PKS system,and the fuzzy PID function block was tested.The simulation control effect is almost the same as that of Simulink,which proves that the fuzzy PID function block developed in PKS system is feasible.The development of the fuzzy PID function block can resolve the the problem of the unsatisfactory control effect of traditional PID algorithm and make some sense in reality.
