With the development of modern industry, the position of the centrifugal pump in the industrial industry is becoming more and more important. The centrifugal pump has been widely used in the chemical industry and aerospace because of its low cost and compact structure.Rotor system is the core component of centrifugal pump equipment,Its vibration has become one of the main reasons for the failure of centrifugal pumps. The resonance phenomenon occurs when the rotor running speed reaches the critical speed, which will cause serious deformation of the rotor. In actual operation,high-speed rotors sometimes need to cross the first-order,second-order,even third-order or higher critical speeds. Its running stability is severely restricted by the critical speed. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the centrifugal pump and prevent it from approaching the critical speed when starting or working, dynamic analysis of the centrifugal pump rotor is necessary. The purpose of this article is to study the resonance state of the centrifugal pump.To this end,I have learned the rotor dynamics, compared the transfer matrix method and the finite element analysis method by listing examples, the conclusion is that the finite element method is more suitable for complex structures Rotor dynamics problem solving.Because the structure of the centrifugal pump rotor is relatively complicated,it is difficult to perform dynamic analysis on it.You need to be familiar with the rotor dynamic analysis process first.therefore, this paper first establishes a single and double disc rotor model with a relatively simple structure, and performs modal analysis on them using finite element software, get the Campbell diagram of the two rotors, the mode shapes of each order, the critical speed of each order,From the perspective of resonance, the rotor vibration is simply analyzed, and it is found that the support stiffness, the support position and the position of the turntable all have different effects on the critical speed of the single and double disc rotors. It laid the foundation for the dynamic analysis of the centrifugal pump rotor. In this paper, the modal analysis of a certain type of single-stage centrifugal pump rotor and a certain type of multi-stage centrifugal pump rotor is carried out using finite element software, obtain the Campbell diagram of the centrifugal pump rotor model, the vibration modes of each order, and the first three critical speeds, analyzed the operation and vibration characteristics of these two types of centrifugal pump rotors. At the same time, the effect of support stiffness on the critical speed of the centrifugal pump rotor is studied. The results show that the rotor of the single-stage centrifugal pump studied is a rigid rotor and the rotor of a multi-stage centrifugal pump is a flexible rotor, and neither type of centrifugal pump will resonate at the working speed.
