With the development of the economy,the railway transportation industry has also developed rapidly and more and more advanced equipment is used in the construction and operation of the railway.Especially in the railway passenger transport,along with the continuous innovation of high-speed railway technology and the intensive construction of high-speed railway lines,in order to ensure the normal operation of the entire railway passenger transport system,the passenger transport equipment in the passenger station is also more convenient,intelligent automation,intelligent equipment,at the same time,the passenger station equipment management.At the same time of introducing,absorbing and transforming the advanced management mode at home and abroad,the grid management mode of passenger station equipment adapting to its own characteristics has been developed.However,compared with the technical leap of railway passenger transport equipment,the management level of passenger transport equipment in passenger station is still slightly inadequate.There is no effective management path in the operation,maintenance and maintenance of the equipment.Usually,we do not have a comprehensive understanding of the factors affecting the operation and maintenance of passenger transport equipment.Starting from the present situation of the operation and maintenance management of railway passenger transport equipment,this paper expounds the problems existing in the operation and maintenance management of railway passenger transport equipment from the aspects of management system,maintenance quality,information management,personnel management and operation environment,analyzes the problems and strips away the influential factors of some equipment operation and maintenance management.In addition,the management path of railway passenger transport equipment operation and maintenance management is established.The following work is done in this paper.(1)Through the study of relevant literature on passenger station management and operation quality evaluation at home and abroad,the research contents and methods of passenger station equipment management are elaborated.At the same time,it is pointed out that,on the one hand,most of the current research is from the point of view of service quality and equipment quality,and there is still a big deficiency in the research of equipment operation and maintenance management;on the other hand,the research methods of management quality and the final results are relatively single,and no effective management path has been formed.(2)Summarizing and describing the characteristics of railway passenger transport equipment operation and maintenance work,pointing out the characteristics of high technical content,various types,huge system,complex management and maintenance process,high cost and high professional and technical requirements in railway operation and maintenance work.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation of equipment management system construction,equipment operation and maintenance quality,environment and personnel in railway passenger station,and screens out the factors that have great influence on the quality of passenger equipment operation and maintenance management in railway passenger station,and establishes the influencing factor system of passenger equipment operation and maintenance quality.It provides a basis for the analysis of management path.(3)The process and characteristics of ISM and DEMATEL influencing factors analysis method are analyzed in depth,and the two methods are combined according to the needs of this paper and the characteristics of the two methods.On this basis,Fuzzy-AHP analysis method is introduced to meet the final weights of influencing factors,and the influencing factors of railway passenger transport equipment operation and maintenance quality are constructed.The analytical method of element.(4)Taking Shenyang South Railway Station as an example,this paper investigates the status quo of the management of passenger transport equipment in Shenyang South Railway Station according to the influencing factors system of the operation and maintenance quality of passenger transport equipment established earlier,and analyzes the influencing factors by combining the investigation results with the analysis method of the influencing factors of the operation and maintenance quality of railway passenger transport equipment,and finally constructs the passenger transport system of Shenyang South Railway Transportation equipment operation and maintenance management path,and put forward reasonable opinions on the current situation.
