In recent years,with the rapid development of aviation multi(all)electric engines,the electric fuel system has gradually become the focus of scientific research.Electric aviation fuel pump has the advantages of high reliability,fast response,energy saving and other traditional fuel pumps do not have.The accurate,fast and stable fuel supply of electric fuel pump is of great benefit to enhance aircraft safety and improve flight performance.However,there are still some problems in the electric fuel system,such as low accuracy in large-scale flow measurement,unsatisfactory control performance and poor anti-interference ability,which need to be improved in theoretical research and practical application.In order to solve the above problems of electric fuel system,centrifugal pump and gear pump are selected as fuel pump of fuel system and a physical experiment platform is built.Aiming at the problem of low accuracy in large-scale flow measurement,based on the data feedback,the data calibration of flow sensor and pressure transmitter is mainly discussed,and four common types are compared based on MATLAB / Simulink under different power levels The results show that Kalman filter has the best fusion effect.In view of the problems such as the control performance is not up to standard and the anti-interference ability is poor,this paper sets up and expounds the function and influence of the front centrifugal pump on reducing the cavitation damage.From the transfer function,parameter identification to model verification,the fuel system is modelled,the input and output curves of the simulation model to the actual system are compared and verified.At last,the monitoring of water tank residual water volume is carried out and the intelligent shut-off system is designed.The precise flow control target of the fuel system is achieved by adjusting parameters in p-0.725,I-0,d-0.016 using PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation)control law.The simulation results show that the flow model under PID control law has good dynamic and steady-state anti-interference performance.
