With the global energy shortage and environmental pollution problems becoming increasingly prominent,people generally choose public transport to travel,and many countries have also taken great efforts to develop new energy buses to deal with these problems.As the core component of the pure electric bus,the structure and performance of the drive system are very important to the performance of the whole vehicle.Because of its small size,light weight and high efficiency,the new drive system integrated with motor and transmission is gradually applied in pure electric bus.Through the simulation and bench test to test its performance and optimize,it is of great significance to improve the performance of this type of driving system of pure electric bus.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of the performance test of motor-transmission integrated drive system,this paper mainly studies the following contents:Firstly,this paper analyzes the structure of motor-transmission integrated drive system,and compares it with several kinds of transmission structure layout schemes of the drive system with mature technology at present,and analyzes the advantages of the transmission structure layout scheme of the direct drive system.According to the parameters of pure electric bus,the parameters of driving motor,power battery and transmission system are matched respectively,and the integrated drive system that meets the performance requirements is selected according to the matching results.Secondly,according to the results of parameter matching,based on MATLAB/Simulink,the performance calculation model of the integrated drive system is established,and the temperature rise of the system,the energy consumption of typical urban public transportation,the constant speed driving mileage,the maximum stable speed,the maximum gradient and the acceleration time are simulated respectively.Thirdly,according to the performance test requirements of the integrated drive system,the drive system test bench is built.Based on the summary and analysis of the test standards and test methods of electric vehicle drive motor at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the test scheme of motor-transmission integrated drive system based on the drive system bench,designs the test method of the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of the drive system,and compares the bench test results with the simulation results.Finally,In view of the problems that maximum speed test and the driving systemworks in the low efficiency area for a long time in the energy consumption test results of typical urban public transport working conditions in China,three optimization schemes are proposed,and the motor control strategy optimization scheme is selected after comprehensive analysis and comparison.Build the optimization model,and verify the feasibility of the optimization scheme through the secondary simulation.
