Modern war is a joint operation of multiple arms.The emergence of anti tank infantry group,armed helicopter and light armored vehicle poses a serious threat to our tanks and infantry combat vehicles.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on integrated multi-mode submunition to enhance the defensive capability and attack capability of anti personnel and anti armed helicopter,reduce the burden of logistics support and reduce the cost of support.Based on the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,the integrated design technology of fuze and warhead is adopted,and the sub Ammunition Fuze is designed to improve the axial miniaturization structure.The warhead shell adopts the technical scheme of pre control fragment,and the technical scheme is simulated and verified by the static test in the shooting range.The main research results of this paper are as follows:First of all,analyze the situation of modern war,aiming at the anti tank infantry group,armed helicopter,light armored vehicle and other battlefield targets and the needs of urban and mountain operations,carry out the research of integrated multi-mode submunitions,and analyze the research status of integrated submunition weapon system and its warhead pre control fragments at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for the project research.Secondly,the integrated design technology of submunition fuze and warhead is used to improve the miniaturized structure of fuze.By reducing the axial dimension of fuze,the explosive charge of warhead is increased.The static test of fuze is carried out to verify,the explosive type and shell material of warhead are analyzed,and the design scheme of warhead is determined.Thirdly,the formation and flying characteristics of fragments are studied,and the factors influencing the velocity and spatial distribution of fragments are analyzed.The geometric model of submunition is established by UG,1 / 4 of the model is meshed by icemcfd,Johnson cook model parameters are set,JWL state of explosive is set,the simulation of submunition warhead is carried out by using AUTODYN software and Lagrange algorithm,and the influence of groove depth and groove width of preformed fragment groove on fragment formation and dispersion characteristics is analyzed.Finally,the fragmentation test and static explosion test of fragment dispersion are carried out,and the test results are analyzed.The simulation and test results of fragment dispersion are compared to verify the accuracy of the simulation results.The research results will lay a foundation for improving the optimization of submunition design scheme.
