With the sustained development of global economy and electric energy,the electricity consumption of demand side increases rapidly,the peak valley gap of power load keeps rising,which leads to conflict between supply and demand in power systems.Energy storage technology,as an important technical support for energy transformation and power supply and demand balance,plays an increasingly important role in the power generation side,distribution side and power consumer side of the power grid system.This paper focuses on the application of energy storage technology in the power consumer side,and mainly studies the operation benefit of energy storage in the consumer side.For individual power consumers,most of the problems of energy storage on the consumer side can be classified as economic problems.Therefore,how to get the maximum operation benefit with the minimum investment cost of energy storage is the key to the optimization of energy storage on the consumer side.Aiming at this optimization problem,this paper takes the consumer side's power load as the research object,and deeply studies the scheduling problem of the consumer side battery energy storage system.According to the characteristics of energy storage on the consumer side,this paper designs the energy storage operation mode based on the lithium iron phosphate battery.Then,working pr:inciple,battery pack model,PCS and BMS are analyzed.Meanwhile,this paper establishes the mathematical model of investment and maintenance cost in the whole life cycle of consumer side energy storage system,and studies the economic benefits of time-sharing charge and discharge of energy storage and reduction of power consumption.On this basis,aiming at reducing the consumer 's electricity expenditure,this paper establishes the revenue model of energy storage scheduling and the constraints related to the model.The energy storage operation optimization model established in this paper is essentially a linear programming problem.In view of this problem,considering the good calculation speed and optimization effect of Beetle Antennae Search algorithm in multi-dimensional optimization problem,this paper establishes a consumer side energy storage optimization model based on BAS algorithm.For the problem that BAS is easy to fall into the local optimum,this paper proposes a PSO combined with BAS algorithm to solve the target problem,and improves the shortcomings of BAS algorithm through the idea of PSO algorithm group optimization.Based on several algorithms in MATLAB software environment,the feasibility and superiority of the improved bas algorithm in different scenarios of energy storage are verified.Finally,this paper further studies the energy storage scheduling strategy considering the optimization of the grid side load,which can reduce the load fluctuation and improve the stability of the grid on the premise of ensuring the consumer's income.
