In recent years,wind turbine has developed rapidly in the world.In order to improve the power generation performance of wind turbine,lots of scholars have done a lot of research on wind turbine.As the most important parameter of wind turbine,aerodynamic performance is the key of wind turbine research.At present,the research of wind turbine aerodynamic performance mainly depends on wind tunnel test,numerical simulation and field measurement.Wind tunnel test is the most commonly used and reliable method,which has problems of high cost and energy consumption,and there is no wind tunnel laboratory in many areas,which limits the wind turbines development.Therefore,according to the wind tunnel test of wind turbine,combined with the characteristics of vehicle driving can produce wind,this thesis proposes a transiting test method for the aerodynamic performance of wind turbine.Firstly,the aerodynamic performance of the wind turbine airfoil transiting test is carried out.The processing method of the wind turbine airfoil transiting test data is proposed.The influence of the vehicle vibration and the end plate on the test results is studied.In order to eliminate the instability effect,three independent repeated measurements are carried out,and the impact of the natural wind is analyzed.Through the transiting test and wind tunnel test results are compared to verify the correctness of this new test method.The results show that in the wind turbine airfoil transiting test,the aerodynamic force of the test wind speed time history curve measured by the pitot tube and the aerodynamic force of UMY02-T01-26 airfoil model measured by the balance is relatively stable,and the test has good repeatability.The influence of vibration,natural wind,end plate and other factors on the test is small,and the test results of the wind turbine airfoil transiting test conform to the aerodynamic law of the wind turbine airfoil,and it is in good agreement with the reference wind tunnel test results.Secondly,in order to evaluate the reliability of the test results of the aerodynamic performance of the wind turbine airfoil transiting test and improve the test technology of the transiting test effectively,the uncertainty of the test method of the aerodynamic performance of the wind turbine airfoil transiting test is studied.The feasibility and correctness of the test method are further proved from the aspect of mathematical statistics.The corresponding uncertainty assess method is designed according to the test of the wind turbine airfoil transiting test.The uncertainty sources of the transiting test including air density,test wind field,force measuring system and model are analyzed.The contribution of each uncertainty source to the total uncertainty is calculated and analyzed.It is found that the test wind field,the force measuring system and the model size all have certain influence on the total uncertainty of the test,among which the force measuring system has the greatest influence on the total uncertainty of the test,and its contribution to the total uncertainty reaches 99.9%,and the influence of the model span on the total uncertainty of the test is the smallest,which can be ignored.The influence of the span length on the test uncertainty of the wind wing type sports car is that the uncertainty of the aerodynamic coefficient of the wind wing type measured by the test method of the sports car is smaller than that of the aerodynamic coefficient itself,which shows that the test method of the aerodynamic performance of the wind turbine airfoil transiting test is reliable under the ideal test conditions.Finally,the aerodynamic performance of the vertical axis wind turbine is studied by using the transiting test method,development of transiting test and measurement device for static and dynamic torque of vertical axis wind turbine.The test data of the aerodynamic performance of the vertical axis wind turbine and the influence of the natural wind on the test are analyzed,and the transiting test result is compared with wind tunnel test.The results show that in the transiting test of aerodynamic performance for vertical axis wind turbine,the measured torque data is stable and correct,and the natural wind has little influence on the measured torque results.The difference between the static torque coefficient and power coefficient measured in the transiting test and wind tunnel test is small,which shows that it is feasible to use the transiting test to study the aerodynamic performance of vertical axis wind turbine.In conclusion,the transiting test method of wind turbine aerodynamic performance is feasible and accurate,which provides a new test method for wind turbine aerodynamic performance research.
