Gas bearing and active magnetic bearings have no friction,no wear,no pollution,and the advantages of high accuracy,has good applicable in high-speed high-speed rotating equipment,but also has its own disadvantages,gas bearing is not easy to control,are susceptible to interference,etc.,the power consumption of the active magnetic bearings,such as temperature rise fast,therefore,if the two kinds of bearings used in combination,the formation of a new type of bearing,give full play to the advantages,make up for their shortcomings,simplifies the structure of the traditional mad,its performance than used alone can have very good ascension.In this paper,the stability characteristics of the aeromagnetic bearing rotor system are studied and analyzed,and a new photoelectric detection device is designed to measure the eccentricity of the rotor system.In order to better understand the aeromagnetic bearing rotor system,the structure,static and dynamic characteristics of the aeromagnetic bearing were studied in this paper,and then the testing system was designed and tested.Firstly,the radial and axial aeromagnetic bearings are designed respectively,including structural design,working principle introduction and mathematical model establishment.The structural parameters and materials of the bearings are determined.The gas pressure equation,electromagnetic force equation and coupling force mathematical model of the two bearings are derived.Secondly,using the finite element analysis software on the magnetic field of magnetic bearing,pressure flow field simulation analysis,to determine the carrying capacity of the gas magnetic bearing,and deduces the mathematical model,this paper compares and analyzes the error is not greater than 2.5%,and on this basis,the single degree of freedom coupling of magnetic bearing gas field analysis,get glycaemic load stress distribution under different parameters;Thirdly,for the rotor system of aeromagnetic bearing,a dynamic mathematical model is established,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.The dynamic stiffness and damping coefficient of the gas part of the aeromagnetic bearing is calculated.Finally,in order to counter rotating eccentric measurement subsystem,puts forward a new type of photoelectric detection device,analyses its working principle,through the software and hardware design and compilation of detection device,with the aid of DSP and Matlab to build the test platform,its precision can to micron level,for magnetic bearing rotor system after the eccentricity signal acquisition provides a feasible basis.
