| With the "coal to power" and "coal to gas" in northern China,the proportion of clean heating in most urban areas is relatively high,while the rate of clean heating in rural areas is generally low.There is also a poor clean heating basis and biomass energy.Problems that cannot be better utilized.At present,the heating methods of rural civil buildings in northern China mainly include household gas-fired wall-hung boilers,biomass coal-fired furnaces,coal-fired boilers,direct-heating electric heating or various heat pumps.In recent years,the promotion of clean and warm rural areas in the north has been the focus.It is necessary to always go deep into the rural areas,implement the “village and town integration” energy model,take the technical route and do not rush to achieve quick results.It is necessary to understand the real requirements and feedback of farmers based on the actual rural use model.With the continuous expansion of the coal-to-heat fan trend,many rural areas have problems with non-standard installation locations and non-standard installation methods.In this article,we focus on the discussion and research of the user’s thermal comfort,installation method,and air supply method of the low-temperature air source heat pump hot air heater.This article discusses the effect of heating with a hot air fan using a combination of numerical simulation and experimental testing.First,use Air-Pak software to model and simulate the hot air fan and indoor space,and study the changes of different parameters(heat fan installation position and method,air supply method,indoor air temperature(humidity),indoor air age value,PMV value)The impact of human thermal comfort.The simulation results show that: the hot air fan can basically bear the heat load of the rural areas in the north,make the indoor temperature above 16 ℃,and maintain good indoor comfort;according to the simulation results,when the bottom of the hot air fan is 0.2m above the ground,the overall indoor temperature Appropriate;When heating in winter,the room should also maintain certain ventilation conditions to ensure the cleanliness and freshness of the indoor air.The simulation of different bedroom structures shows that by optimizing the structure of indoor facilities,the thermal comfort of personnel in the entire room can be improved;considering that the hot air blower is relatively dry,the indoor humidity should be appropriately increased in winter.Secondly,based on the numerical simulation analysis,according to the optimal results of the simulation,a low-temperature air source heat pump hot air heater heating demonstration user is established.The parameters of the actual operation of the hot air heater(indoor air temperature,humidity,power consumption,instantaneous electrical power,outdoor Temperature)for testing and comparison with numerical simulation data.The experimental results show that: after turning on the hot air fan,the room can meet the heating requirement within 15 minutes,and the hot air fan can quickly increase the room temperature;the temperature difference between Y=0.2m and Y=1.6m is very small,and the overall temperature distribution of the room is uniform,at 16℃ Above,it is explained that the double air curtain airflow of the hot air blower eliminates the indoor temperature stratification and maintains the indoor temperature stable;the hot air blower is relatively dry.It is recommended that the heating bedroom can be planted with flowers or humidifiers for humidification.Finally,the feasibility and applicability of the hot air heater as a "coal-to-electricity" product in the northern rural areas is established through a comparative analysis of the hot air heater and other heating methods.By comparing the economical and energy consumption of a hot air blower with a coal-fired heating furnace,it is verified that the hot air blower is a clean,energy-saving,low-carbon,and comfortable "coal-to-electricity" product that meets the goal of clean heating in rural areas in the north. |
