Research On The Application Of Fiber Art In Hotel Space Design

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the development of tourism and hotel industry is changing with each passing day.However,the homogeneity and the lack of cultural and artistic atmosphere of the traditional hotel space is more serious currently.People's demand for hotel space is more than accommodation,the theme hotel came into being.Theme hotel shows more diversified requirements,and enriches the types of hotels.Under the premise of meeting basic functions,more attention should be paid to the creation of space atmosphere and theme culture.It takes "theme" as the starting point of the design,integrates the service items into the theme,replaces the rigid model with personalized service,and satisfies the consumers' demands for spiritual culture.In the context of cultural diversity,the hotel industry is constantly exploring a specific cultural definition and theme for the space.This paper takes Fiber Art as the theme,explores the application value and cultural connotation of Fiber Art in hotel space design.Fiber Art is a new art concept developed on the basis of ancient weaving craft.As an old and young art,it is being loved by more people and widely used in various design fields.This paper takes the hotel space as the design carrier,the Fiber Art forms as the design elements,combines the Fiber Art with the hotel space design,explores the cultural value and artistic effect of Fiber Art in the hotel space.This paper finds out the Fiber Art language which can be used in the hotel space design through the exploration of its material,form,texture,comparison connotation,and works out the three functions of the Fiber Art in the space design,First,as an element of interior space design,it plays a role in decorating,dividing,adjusting spatial scale and creating a specific atmosphere.Second,as the theme of the design,it endows the space with cultural connotation.Third,as an independent artwork,it plays the role of beautifying the interior space.At last,it creates a Chinese featured design through the specific application of Fiber Art in hotel space.By studying the application of Fiber Art in hotel space design,this paper introduces the Fiber Art into the interior space of buildings,building a theme featured hotel,creating a win-win situation for Fiber Art expression and hotel promotion,letting more people understand the Fiber Art.
