Chinese navy construction is advancing by leaps and bounds,and it is facing increasing military problems.Among the many problems facing the sea,small-scale naval warfare is particularly numerous.The handling of small-scale naval warfare issues is usually dispatched by small combat units represented by small assault boats to deal with them in advance,and the weapons carried are small-caliber weapons.The training methods for small-caliber weapons at sea are mainly simulation training,and use small targets to simulate the maneuver characteristics of the target such as body shape,motion state,and speed.Through analysis of various targets for shooting training at home and abroad,the existing targets have situations in which the information feedback of the targets in shooting training is not obvious,the efficiency is not high,and the observation results are inaccurate.In response to the above problems,this paper builds a geometric model of the simulated target on the sea based on the results of the test test.The simulation software is used to numerically simulate the dynamic response of the target during the impact,and the obtained data is returned to the computer.Machine learning is used to feedback The returned data is processed,and the processed data is used to set the preset value of the trigger of the target.The main research is as follows:(1)By added flares in the target instead of artificial observation,in solving the signal flare triggering mechanism,by used multi-sensor joint monitoring environment data,the sensor collected data and compare the default values,to ensure that flares triggered is triggered when the target impacted by a projectile,avoid accidentally triggered by other factors.The acceleration sensor and the air pressure sensor respectively monitor the overload state of the target and the internal air pressure state of the target,and control the launch of the signal bomb by comparing the two values with the preset value.Two methods of processing sensor monitoring data are proposed.(2)Used Lsdyna simulation software to simulate the impact process of the projectile on the target at different speeds and different angles,the dynamic response of the target during the impact process is analyzed to obtain the impact of the projectile impact speed and impact angle on the target overload.The data obtained by numerical simulation is used to set the preset value in the target trigger mechanism.(3)Used machine learning to process the feedback data.Through the analysis of data types and eigenvalues,the support vector machine algorithm in machine learning is improved for the two data types.Through this algorithm,the returned data is trained for the model,and the training results are processed and set as the target.The new preset value is applied to the floating target,forming a loop,so that the preset value in the floating target is close to the actual trigger value.When the projectile hits the floating target,it could make more accurate feedback and maximize the prevent false triggering.(4)Completed the entire design work of the floating target,including the external structure and its material,the internal structure and the material of the sealing material and the internal control system hardware selection and software design,based on the PC data processing algorithm.In addition,the internal functional modules of the floating target were tested and verified,and the assembled floating target was tested.The experimental results were in line with expectations.To sum up,this paper studies the relevant technology of the target through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and test,and carries out the verification test.The test results are consistent with the expectations,and the research results lay a solid foundation for the development of the model of the target.
