Precision structure,fully functional,superior performance of mechanism design,is the main development direction of modern mechanica l products,more and more high strengthened,high integration,combined mechanism was used in the design of the mechanical device,stiffness and strength properties of composite structures is the key influence working reliability of mechanical products,in which the stiffness of composite structure evaluation and matching problem has always been the difficulty of modern mechanical structure design.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate and match the stiffness of composite mechanism in the product design stage to improve the safety and reliability of mechanical structure.In this paper,the combined structure composed of three parts of the engine block,main bearing cover and oil sump of a high-power diesel engine is taken as the research object.At first,in order to guarantee the validity of the simulation model,builds the body,the main bearing cover and oil sump parts and detailed model and simplified model parametric composite structures,the calculating modal analysis,at the same time for the body and oil sump structure has carried on the experimental modal analysis respectively,and analyzed with the finite element modal analysis results,the results show that the modal test and calculation error of the modal are within 10%,verify the validity of the finite element simulation model;Then respectively from the macro and micro Angle to explore the influence factors of the mechanical structure stiffness,the further from the static stiffness and dynamic stiffness of structure stiffness analys is was conducted for the two ways,discusses the evaluation method of stiffness,and combined with the finite element software and the method to calculate the stiffness and the stiffness evaluation methods,sums up the stiffness of composite structure matching strategy,to engine block,the structure of the main bearing cover and the combination of the oil sump corresponding verification for the object.Finally,based on Abaqus/CAE software,the combined structure stiffness matching system of diesel engine block,main bearing cover and oil sump is designed and realized,which can effectively improve the efficiency of structure stiffness matching.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical guidance and method reference for stiffness matching o f large complex composite structures,as well as useful reference for the design and optimization of mechanical structures.
