Since the China's real estate pre-sale system carry out,real estate sales had gone through different stages.In the process of early real estate development,there is no concept of demonstration zone,its development is to meet people's basic needs.After 2003,with the gradual increase of real estate enterprises and the growth of investment,the state's real estate regulatory measures tend to be s stringent,and industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce.In this fierce competitive industry,in addition to improving product quality and seeking product differentiation,real estate enterprises began to change from extensive sales to experiential sales mode.The concept of“demonstration zone" is put forward.As the window of project display,the demonstration area can display the product,quality and style of the project in three-dimensional on the spot.Especially the creation of the landscape is more infectious than the display of the plan.After 2010,the major real estate enterprises began to develop in the national layout.In order to build brand image quickly in different cities,we should improve the efficiency of demonstration zones construction.At the design stage of the demonstration zone,standardized design methods emerge as the times require.However,there are few studies on the standardization of project demonstration zones.Most of them stay in the stage of picture display,and there is no complete standardization scheme.The main purpose of this paper is to study the implementation strategy of standardized design of demonstration area.In the process of demonstration zone design,shorten the design cycle,reduce the operation cost and the ultimate goal.Firstly,the paper starts with the concept elaboration,studies and combs the rise and development of real estate demonstration zones,as well as the most advanced theory and design level of real estate demonstration zones at home and abroad,and deduces the development trend of real estate demonstration zones in the futureSecondly,starting with the case analysis of China's excellent demonstration zones,this paper analyses the design highlights of typical excellent demonstration zones,the division of design modules,and the design techniques that can be used for reference.At the same time,through a large number of field visits and research,summarized the problems in the design of the project demonstration zone in the emerging stage.Finally,the feasibility and necessity of standardized design of project demonstration area are analyzed and demonstrated,the design points and basic principles of standardized design of project demonstration area are discussed,and a set of implementation strategies suitable for standardized design of project demonstration area are obtained.
