As a kind of geosynthetics,geogrid laid horizontally in the foundation can form reinforced soil foundation,which can effectively improve the stress distribution inside the soil,reduce the uneven settlement of the foundation,and improve the bearing capacity of the foundation.At present,the theory analysis,model test and numerical simulation of reinforced soil foundation are studied by domestic and foreign scholars.In practical engineering,if the two foundations are close together,the bearing capacity of the whole foundation is different from that of the single foundation.In the case where the base is adjacent,that is There are few researches on the bearing capacity of foundation when there is interference effect.By using FLAC3D numerical analysis software,this paper compares and analyzes the bearing capacity of natural sandy soil foundation and geogrid reinforced land foundation under single foundation and two adjacent foundation,and studies the load-settlement curve and bearing capacity enhancement coefficient.The interference effect in the foundation is evaluated by introducing the interference effect coefficient of the foundation.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)When the single foundation or two adjacent foundation acts on the reinforced sand foundation,there exists the optimal value and effective value of the buried depth of the first layer geogrid,the optimal reinforcement length is 3B,and the optimal reinforcement layer number is 2.(2)The increase coefficient of foundation bearing capacity I_f increases with the development of settlement deformation,and finally tends to stabilize.as the settlement deformation is small,the I_f value tends to 1.(3)When the two foundations work together,Δ/B≥3,the shallow foundation interference effect basically disappeared.(4)If the buried depth of the first layer geogrid is the optimal buried depth of the first layer,the interference effect coefficient E_f’the largest.(5)Both the natural foundation and the sand foundation reinforced by geogrid followΔ/B=2,and the interference effect under the action of two adjacent foundations is stronger.
