In this paper, the double cycle method, the hot water circulation and R245fa Rankine cycle, are adopted,in which the R245fa on the evaporator shell side absorbs the heat and evaporates to produce the organic steam being used to drive turbine to generate electricity.Based on the XINLIANXIN Company,a process model based on organic Rankine cycle recovery of waste heat, and the influence of working condition paramenters on the system was simulated with Aspen Plus. The experimental research and operation status analysis were carried out by constructing the corresponding experimental device. The main works carried out in the thesis is as follows:(1)Based on the first and second laws of thermodynamics,an exergy analysis model was established for the ORC waste heat power generation system equipment. The influence of evaporation temperature, condensation temperature, superheat and supercooling degree on the performance of waste leaked working fluid. The experimental analysis shows that the irreversible loss of the evaporator is the largest under different working conditions, followed by the condenser, expander and working fluid pump.
