Design And Application Of Light Marine Electronic Control Searchlight

This paper introduces a design and implementation of marine electronic control type light searchlight.Marine light searchlights is a mirror with the launch of the emergent light concentrated in a small solid angle so as to obtain more strong light lamp.The product can be installed on Fisheries Administration ship,maritime surveillance ship and drilling platform,platforms.can be used for night lighting,search and salvage of administrative law enforcement for ships and offshore.In this paper,based on the analysis of the characteristics of short arc xenon lamp,the theoretical basis and Realization of the two times of light distribution in the small angle of the xenon lamp are discussed in detail.At the same time the results are imulated and verified in the optical simulation software TracePro.At the same time analysis and research through a screw drive mechanism to rotate the slider motion into linear motion of the xenon lamp external knob to achieve precise focus search.Secondly,this paper also discusses the design and implementation of electronic type two-dimensional turntable equipped with light searchlights.The mechanical transmission mode and system composition of the two axial rotating shaft system are analyzed and calculated in detail.According to the theoretical knowledge of finite element,the mechanical structure of the turntable is analyzed in the ANSYS,and the simulation results of the mechanical strength of the turntable in 6 order natural frequencies are obtained.Finally,this paper presents the design and implementation method of the hardware circuit and control software of DSP chip TMS320F2812 of TI company.
