It is of great significance to carry out advanced research on maritime moving target detection methods to improve ship situational awareness,assist ship collision avoidance and strengthen maritime supervision.However,due to the influence of sea conditions such as wind and waves on the sea surface,the detection of maritime moving targets often has low signal-to-noise ratio and serious surface noise interference.It is often difficult to obtain satisfactory results by traditional detection methods.This paper first analyzes the particularity of the marine environment.It has a great influence on the target detection of the wave clutter interference,the phenomenon of cavity and false detection and missed detection of the traditional frame difference method in the moving target detection at sea.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a sea targets detection algorithm based on hybrid finite difference method,combined with background of median filtering model post-processing method.Based on this,the visual saliency theory is used to introduce the target motion feature by the hybrid difference method,and a maritime moving target detection technology based on the saliency map hybrid difference method is proposed.The technology enhances the current frame image into three color channels by Butterworth high-frequency emphasis filtering,attenuating the low-frequency components with slow gray-scale changes in the image,converting the color space of the image from RGB color space to Lab color space for feature extraction.At the same time,the image gradient information is introduced and the three characteristic saliency of brightness,color and gradient are calculated.In order to eliminate the influence of excessive standard deviation between different features,the significant subgraphs of color,brightness and gradient are merged by using the difference coefficient to generate.In order to introduce the motion information of the target and increase the saliency of the target,this paper extracts the saliency map of the multi-frame image and performs the hybrid difference to complete the detection of the maritime moving target.In this paper,the above method is used to test the live moving ship video of the sea.The results show that the proposed algorithm achieves good detection results in the detection of moving targets at sea,and has superior performance and practical value.
