Ultra-high performance concrete is a new generation of cement based composites with ultra-high strength,ultra-high toughness and long durability. In the process of preparing ultra-high performance concrete, the use of heat curing is an important way to obtain excellent mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete, but it will consume more energy in the heat curing process, how to reduce the energy consumption in the heat curing process, and Providing sufficient curing temperature have important theoretical and engineering value.SiO2 aerogel is a low-density and high-efficiency thermal insulation material with nanoporous three-dimensional network structure. In this paper,SiO2 aerogel composite aerogel and plastic film combination system are applied in the steam curing process of ultra-high performance concrete.Utilizing the excellent thermal insulation effect of the aerogel felt combination system to reduce the energy consumption in the process of curing ultra high performance concrete. The thesis studied the aerogel felt combination system covering UHPC steam curing method. The main contents and results of the study are as follows:(1)The temperature filed of steam curing of UHPC covered with same thickness plastic film and different thickness aerogel felt combinations was measured, and the thermal insulation properties of aerogel felt and plastic film were compared and analyzed.(2)Using Fourier's law,the temperature field and thermal conductivity of the UHPC during steady state equilibrium are obtained.(3)Numerically solving the whole process of UHPC maintenance under different boundaries, and based on this, put forward specific conservation measures.
