In recent years, the state actively held a series of important meetings on the development of residential industrialization, that is,the development of prefabricated buildings, vigorously advocate large-scale development of prefabricated buildings,And propose relevant targets. As a new and efficient, green and sustainable building system, the prefabricated building will surely become the hotspot of the future construction industry. The assembled monolithic concrete structure is a structure between the traditional cast-in-place and the full prefabricated assembly,it is a good fit for the different advantages of the two, have a good performance in terms of integrity and seismic performance, therefore, modern civil engineering is used more and more frequently. But,as a hot building structure system, its seismic performance is quite controversial.Seismic performance problems have been a problem for structural designers since the application of prefabricated buildings.Since the assembled monolithic building is formed by integral casting after partial hoisting of partially precast concrete members(not all prefabricated),therefore, whether the overall seismic performance meets the requirements of the specification has important research significance.Overall seismic performance study Elastic-plastic seismic analysis is the most effective and authoritative seismic design in the field of seismic engineering.Generally, elastoplastic seismic analysis is designed from two aspects:static and dynamic elastoplastic methods. This paper takes the example of a new primary school teaching building project in Zhuzhou City as the background, combined with the principle of elastoplastic seismic analysis of traditional RC frame structures, for the five-layer nine-inch assembled monolithic RC frame structure selected by the engineering has three steps:theoretical analysis, linear phase design and nonlinear phase design. The focus of this paper is on the analysis of seismic engineering examples in the nonlinear phase. The specific research work is as follows:(1)Taking into account the shortcomings of the assembly type, take the corner angle of freedom at the frame node and increase the bending spring to reduce the stiffness.(2)Elastic seismic analysis was performed using modal analysis, response spectrum and base shear method. The pushover analysis method analyzes vertex displacement and base shear force, interlayer displacement angle, and structural plastic hinge. Its operability and practicality are stronger than time history analysis.(3)Taking into account the shortcomings of the assembly type, take the corner angle of freedom at the frame node and increase the bending spring to reduce the stiffness. The dynamic time history analysis method selects three seismic waves of Lanzhou wave,El wave and Taft wave as simulation inputs, and analyzes whether the basic performance meets the requirements of the specification in the case of small earthquakes and large earthquakes. The conclusion is high in accuracy but complicated in operation.
