At present,the simulation model for the modeling and simulation of the ship's exhaust gas boiler is simple,and the simulation system is incomplete.At the same time,the development of the ship boiler simulation machine plays an important role in the production and construction of the ship boiler and the crew training,so the construction of the ship exhaust boiler Modular and control simulation is of great significance.This thesis is based on the project of "High-tech Ship Innovation Project of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology-Localization of Fuel and Waste Gas Boiler".According to the project,the research on dynamic simulation and simulation of dual-fuel ship auxiliary boiler and exhaust gas boiler is carried out.One of the actual requirements of the project is Mathematical modeling of exhaust gas boiler body,control system modeling,model verification,independent research and development simulation platform,simulation integration,and the development of simulation machine for ship exhaust gas boiler system.Through the detailed description of the modeling of the ship's exhaust gas boiler,the content mainly includes mathematical modeling of the convection zone,the convection zone 2,the boiler metal wall heat exchange zone,the steam/water zone and the water supply model;The design data of the ship boiler is simulated by Matlab/Simulink,and the dynamic process of saturated steam pressure,saturated steam temperature and furnace water volume is obtained and analyzed.The application of the self-interference suppression control algorithm in the water level of the exhaust gas boiler is designed.Two kinds of auto disturbance rejection controllers are used to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the water level control of the drum;then study the combined steam pressure control of the exhaust gas boiler and the fuel gas boiler,and use the PID,the auto disturbance rejection control without the tracking differentiator and the auto disturbance rejection control.For the steam pressure control of the exhaust gas boiler,the applicability of these three algorithms to the steam pressure control is analyzed.Finally,on the Visual Studio 2012 development platform,the C#language development system simulation software is used,and the upper computer interface is designed and developed according to the principle of the ship boiler system.Fluid network real-time calculation program,based on the dynamic simulation model established And mass transfer in relation to the integrated simulation platform,according to the ship and auxiliary boiler design data model validation.Through the simulation and modeling of the marine independent exhaust gas boiler,the development of the exhaust gas boiler simulator was realized.It provides a certain reference for further research and design of ship exhaust gas boiler system.
