Permanent magnet synchronous motor plays a very important role in AC speed regulation system because of its small size,light weight and high efficiency.In the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,the rotor speed and position information is the necessary feedback quantity to realize the closed-loop control,and selecting the Sensorless control algorithm instead of the traditional mechanical position sensor to obtain the rotor position and speed information can not only save the cost and improve the performance of the control system,but also widen the application range of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.In this paper,the classification and development trend of the control system and the Sensorless control technology of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are studied,and the vector control system of the non-position sensor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the extended set membership filter is mainly discussed.Firstly,the paper studies vector control and SVPWM,establishes a simulation model based on PMSM-FOC control system,and simulates it in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment,and verifies the feasibility of using vector control strategy for the selected controlled object.Secondly,the paper studies the theory of extended set membership filtering,optimizes the selection and updating steps of the algorithm from the point of view of improving the computational efficiency,and gets a novel extended set membership filtering algorithm,which can make the noise boundary always in the bounded range and enhance the environmental adaptability of the extended set membership filtering algorithm.Then,the paper studies the Sensorless control system of Permanent magnet synchronous motor,deduces the extended set membership filter equation under the two-phase rotating coordinate system,and gets the rotor position and rotational speed information by building the simulation model in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment.In order to verify the dynamic performance of the motor,the permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed in two cases:one is the constant torque operation of the motor,a given rotational speed mutation,the other is the motor no-load start,running a period of time to increase the load torque,the simulation results verify that the position sensorless based on the extended set membership filter has good dynamic performance.Finally,based on the extended Kalman filter and extended set membership filter to build the motor simulation model and simulation comparison calculation and analysis,the experiment shows that in the permanent magnet synchronous motor no-position sensor control system using extended set membership filtering algorithm in fact,the time and control accuracy are better than the extended Kalman filter algorithm,with better performance.In this paper,a non-position sensor control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on extended set membership filtering algorithm is designed,which mainly calculates the rotational speed and position information of permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor by extended set membership filtering algorithm,and the experimental results show that this method can accurately estimate the rotational speed and position information of the rotor of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Real-time and precision can meet the design requirements,the permanent magnet synchronous motor without position sensor operation.
