With the continuous development of urban construction in DJ area and the implementation of "retreating from the urban area and shifting into industry area" program, the contradiction between gas supply and demand has become increasingly prominent, which requires the establishment of a complete set of gas pipeline network transmission and distribution system to ensure the safety and stability of natural gas. Therefore, what are necessary are analyzation of the current pipeline network's capability of transmission and distribution, evaluation of reasonability of the pipeline network structure, mastery of the situation of gas pipeline network supply and customers, calculation and technical study on hydraulic power of the pipeline network, the solutions and optimization measures for the existing problems in current transmission and distribution system, and he adaptability analysis of the pipeline network after medium and long-term planning is carried out.(1)Investigating the status of development and utilization of urban gas at home and abroad, systematically expounding the basic principles, technical routes and key methods of adaptability analysis of pipe network, and specifically analyzing the incompatibility of DJ areas, the thesis proposes the unsuitable situation of high operating pressure and the too large flow rate of part of the pipeline in DJ line.(2)Analyzing gas transmission and distribution system in DJ area in terms of gas source, the status of pipeline network and the main stations, the thesis finds that there are two gas sources with GL gas transmission station as the main gas supply station in DJ area. The design pressure of each station is 2.5 MPa.The main areas for gas supply in DJ area are ceramic production lines, economic development zones and high-end ceramic industrial parks along the DJ line.(3)With the help of TGNET software, the overall hydraulic calculation model of the transmission and distribution network was established, and the normal operation conditions and low-gas conditions were simulated respectively. The actual parameters were compared with the operational model parameters to verify the accuracy of the model. It is proved that the pressure relative error is below 3%,and the model is reasonable and reliable. The results of analysis by TGNET provide theoretical basis for the construction of DJ double line in the DJ area and the establishment of a new station in the Economic Development Zone.(4)The thesis establishes a medium-and long-term hydraulic model of pipe network after expansion to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of the proposal for planning adjustment.By comparing the different ways and volume of gas coming in the DJ line, which can reduce the operating pressure of the DJ line to below 0.8MPa,the ways the gas coming are chosen.During the winter and spring seasons, the upstream gas is far from meeting the gas demand of users in the DJ area. Therefore, the only gas volume should be rationally allocated. When the upstream gas volume is the minimum value,50×104/d,the GL gas transmission station only needs to provide the pressure for 0.45 MPa so as to meet the delivery requirements. This research, based on the current situation of pipe network in DJ area, adjusts the gas transmission and distribution network in DJ area in a step-by-step and planned way.there are steps from the current situation of the DJ regional pipe network. When the contradiction between local natural gas supply and demand is alleviated and the gas supply needs is met,the optimal allocation of resources is realized.
