With the increase of the demand of urban residents' travel and the number of urban car ownership,urban traffic congestion is becoming increasingly severe.With the maturity of the intelligent transportation system under the mobile internet,carpooling,as a way of more than one person traveling a car,has gradually been accepted by urban residents.Since mobile internet provides convenience for carpooling,it attracts urban residents to choose carpooling for travel,which will inevitably affect the traditional travel modes in the city and the balance of urban traffic network.Therefore,it is worth considering that how to set up the HOV lane to optimize the urban traffic network based on the travel choice behavior of carpooling under mobile internet.Firstly,based on the SP survey,the paper uses the Mixed Logit model to analyze the impact of the carpooling under the mobile internet on the sharing rate of other travel modes.When constructing the utility function,information symmetry,available boarding time,designated pick-up location,diversified payment methods and customer security brought by the mobile internet are as the characteristics to respectively quantified into the utility function.It is found that carpooling under mobile internet has different degrees of substitution for bus,taxi and car under different travel distances.Urban residents who previously chose to travel by bus or other travel modes will choose to travel by carpooling according to their own situation.Secondly,according to the choice of urban residents for carpooling under mobile internet,consider the optimization of urban traffic network.A two-level planning model is constructed with the goal of minimizing the total travel time in the urban traffic network.The upper model is the system optimal model and the decision variable is whether the HOV lane is constructed.The lower model is to construct a multi-mode mixed traffic equilibrium distribution model based on the travel choice behavior of residents.At last,taking the local traffic network in Zhongshan district of Dalian as an example,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.According to the calculations,HOV lane can be set on 3 road sections.After setting up the HOV lane,the number of cars on this regional traffic network will be reduced by 771,which will effectively alleviate the urban traffic congestion.
