Planning And Design Of Agricultural Tourism Park With Local Culture And Comprehensive Benefits

With the pace of agricultural development in China,agricultural tourism parks have emerged as the times have come,such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain.Its role in promoting the integration of the three industries,improving the comprehensive benefits of agriculture,and building beautiful villages has received increasing attention.On the basis of studying a large number of outstanding domestic and international cases,the author summarizes the problems existing in the planning and design of the current agricultural tourism park,mainly in the small scale of the industry,the lack of the cluster effect,the lack of cultural connotation in the landscape,and the inconspicuous landscape features.And so on,and put forward corresponding solutions to these problems.Secondly,through survey and research,and using the model construction method,SPSS principal component analysis method,SPSS isotropic and secondary scoring method,five-level Likert scale and IRT model,the data of the survey results are analyzed,and the actor obtain the main demands of tourists on agricultural tourism park.They not only need the satisfaction of experience,but also the spiritual resonance,especially in the current lack of industrial planning the comprehensive benefits are low,and the cultural heritage is shallow,in the agricultural tourism park.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the overall planning and design of the Taishan Tea Valley Valley Tea Garden in Tai'an City was carried out.Based on the concept of local context and comprehensive benefits,SWOT analysis is carried out on the premise of systematic research on project location,transportation,natural environment,human background and economic status.And the overall positioning and overall layout,focusing on the following planning and design:Increase production and income increase plan: The project site is located in the hilly area of Luzhong,which belongs to semi-arid climate.In the planning,the first implementation ofwater and fertilizer integration,ecological prevention and control,organic production and other means to achieve once and for all,save labor costs,and ensure drought and flood protection;Secondly,throughthe mode of rational intercropping,intercropping,three-dimensional breeding,facility cultivation,and agricultural intervention,the output of unit land will be improved;the waste recycling and biological control in the park will realize organic production and improve the quality of agricultural products.Then,using the turbulent mountain springs in the project site to develop the mineral water industry,combined with tea processing to expand all kinds of flowers,tea,fruit,tea and dried fruits,strengthen the second production,increase the added value of agricultural products,and extend the industrial chain.Finally,combining the local ritual and Buddhist culture background,taking into account the oriental thinking mode of tea meditation,using the nearby Baima Temple,clever use of the seven water bodies in the plot,blending the birth story of the Buddha Sakyamuni population to create a water landscape ——Qianliantai,create a beautiful tea garden,develop special food,and integrate the three products.Cultural vein excavation planning: Focus on the local tea culture in Taishan.The Qiliantai water system runs through ten local cultural landscape nodes,and the cultural allusions of each node are well documented.At the same time,visitors can taste the local culture of Taishan,and the tea culture and the Taishan culture are the same and long-distance.It is of far-reaching significance for promoting the brand of Taishan tea,promoting the culture of Taishan and enriching the tourism content of Mount Taishan.In this way,the park will form an overall planning pattern of one axis of the water system,six functional zones,seven lotus platforms,and ten cultural attractions.The ultimate goal is to transform the Tea Valley into a model of a multi-functional agricultural park that integrates local heritage and prosperity,industrial prosperity,beautiful landscape and sustainable development.It will increase agricultural production and income,and drive one party to become rich.It is expected that this research can provide useful reference and reference for the planning and construction of agricultural tourism parks.
