| The water environmental problems such as floods,water shortages and water pollution have become more and more serious in the process of rapid urbanization in China.Therefore,how to properly control and utilize rainwater resources,achieve sustainable urban development,and promote ecological civilization construction is the fundamental issue currently.To this end,a wave of sponge city construction with low-impact development as core concept has been set off in China.The site is the place where rainwater enters the water cycle,the source of rainwater management,and the foundation for the construction of sponge city.Moreover,the site design is the beginning of architectural design.With the construction of the pilot city of sponge city,the combination of low-impact development concept and the design of the construction site is the mainstream of sustainable venues and ecological site design in the future.This paper focuses on the design methods of building sites based on the concept of low impact development.From the aspects of rainwater management and site design,this paper has reviewed the current status of relevant research and practice at home and abroad,and sorted out the concepts,the development and the design concept of low impact development and other similar urban stormwater management,and analyzed the current situation of the design of the construction site under the background of the construction of sponge city in China.Then,the design methods of low-impact development building sites were summarized from the most microscopic scale.From the refined design of the site of general layout,vertical layout,road design,greening layout and outdoor pipe network design,non-structural planning and design strategies were proposed on how to reduce the hardened floor space and release more open space.And some structural technical strategies of comprehensive utilization of the penetration,retention and reuse of rainwater resources were expanded based on the constituent elements of the site: buildings,roads,soils,green spaces,and pipeline.Finally,the LID building site design methods were applied to the Suining Song Porcelain Cultural Center Project for the realization of the sponge city construction control index.The experiences of the success were summarized.It is hoped that this paper could provide some reference for the design of LID building sites for other projects in China. |
