Set up a rotating drill based on CAN bus technology energy-saving control system,including diesel engine,hydraulic pump,hydraulic valve.The power system of the energy loss can be cutting down,and finally achieve the purpose of reducing the heating of the hydraulic system,saving the rate of fuel consumption and improving the working performance.1.Firstly introduce that the developing trend is intellectualization and energy conservation,propose the significance of topic,put forward the development of energy-saving control system and the development trend of rotary drilling rig.2.Elaborate the working principle of hydraulic system and power system separately,and analysis the energy loss.Establish the model of the energy saving system basing on the characteristics analysis of the hydraulic pump and diesel engine and power unit,several aspects of energy saving of rotary drilling rig are proposed,and establish the mathematical model.3.The power matching control between the hydraulic system and the diesel engine is studied,including the diesel engine economic working point and ultimate load control.4.For rotating drill energy-saving control system hardware selection and software design,the rotating drill energy-saving control system based on CAN bus module partition,respectively,the pump control module,the throttle control module,power head control module are expounded,and the flow chart of the control module is established respectively.5.In the end,the experiment of real machine is carried out.First,The TR280 G rotary drilling rig is equipped with a power head torque detection device to measure the torque of the power head of different gears,Torque measurement of the power head speed for different gears.Then,the standard working condition test is carried out.According to the means that be came up with in this paper,the CAN bus communication test is carried out to verify the control algorithm of engine,andhydraulic pump in the system,and the data is collected according to the transducer.Using the experimental data on the rotary drilling rig fuel consumption,construction efficiency analysis,verify its accuracy.The experimental results display that the application of CAN bus in the energy saving control of rotary drilling rig makes the control system more convenient and concise.The whole energy saving control system can effectively utilize the diesel engine power,reduce the hydraulic system over flow,heat and other losses,speed up the construction efficiency and improve the fuel utilization,To achieve the purpose of the preservation of environment and energy conservation.
