The harnessing project of Nansihu Lake in Huaihe River Basin,Shandong Province,has the characteristics of spanning a wide area,involving many types and quantities of buildings,and pressing implementation period.The design of metal structures involved in the project is complex,and the hydraulic metal structure belongs to mechanical products,and the requirements of size and detail are more precise.The quality of engineering design drawings obtained from traditional CAD software drawing is difficult to be guaranteed when a large amount of work is completed in a short time.Research on how to design and optimize the three-dimensional structure by Inventor software platform is of great significance to improve the efficiency of professional designers,optimize the design results of steel gates and improve the design quality.This paper combined with the control project of waterlogging at nansihu lake in the work unit of the author,the working gate of liusanmen gate in the control project of waterlogging at nansihu lake is selected as a specific research model on the basis of fully considering the difficulties in the design and types of sluice gates.The application research of three-dimensional design and optimization of steel gate based on Inventor platform was carried out.According to the hydro-seismic meteorological data and installation and operation conditions of Liusanmen Gate,and according to the "Code for Design of Steel Gate for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering"(SL74-2013),the detailed design and calculation of the components and structures of the gate are carried out,and the size types of the components and structures of the gate are obtained.Inventor software is used to build the three-dimensional model of the components of each structure of the gate,and the parts model is assembled into a whole model for mechanical analysis and structural optimization.Using the finite element analysis module of Inventor software,the mechanical analysis and calculation of the three-dimensional model of the gate are carried out,and the mechanical optimization of the gate blade,the walking support,the water stop,the track and the lifting lug are carried out respectively.Through the interference check function,the interference items of the model are adjusted and optimized one by one,so that the conventional interference items are zero.Finally,the engineering design drawings are obtained.The research results in this paper have certain engineering value,which can provide reference and reference for the three-dimensional design of steel gates in similar sluice projects.
