With the increasing exploitation of marine resources and increasing Island disputes,the monitoring of deep-sea environment is imminent.However,the existing marine detection carriers have some problems more or less,thus deep-sea environmental monitoring problems can not be solved.Therefore,the development of a new marine monitoring platform,the wind current wave dynamic positioning platform has great significance for deep-sea monitoring.The marine environment in which the wind current wave dynamic positioning platform located is very bad.The structure design and strength analysis of the platform are the necessary prerequisite for the safe operation of the platform.This paper researchs the wind current wave dynamic positioning platform in these two aspects,and the main contents are as follows:Structure design of wind current wave dynamic positioning platform.According to CCS "Rules for classification of mobile offshore units(2012)" and "Rules for classification of sea-going steel ships(2015)",selecting the material,determining the platform scantling and the connection formate for the platform of three structural forms based on the function requirements of the platform.The quality model of the platform is established by Solidworks based on the structural design.In order to obtain the quality information which is needed for hydrodynamic calculation,it needs counterweight on the quality model of the platform.Determination of the characteristic hydrodynamic responses and design wave parameters.The characteristic hydrodynamic responses which is needed in selecting the design wave parameters of the platform is determined,according to the specification recommendation,literature reference and the characteristics of the platform.The simplified design wave method and the random design wave method are used to select the design wave parameters of the three structural forms platforms based on the hydrodynamic characteristic responses.Calculation and analysis of the structural stress.The wave load is calculated by the selected design wave parameters.The maximum stress value of the main components of the platform is obtained by putting the wave load on the structural model.Then checking the strength of the platform according to the standard.Analyzing the influence of different design wave methods on the stress results,the dangerous degree of different calculation conditions and the dangerous degree of the platforms with different structural forms based on the stress results.The results show that the structural strength of the platform meets the requirements of the standard.The stress calculation results using simplified design wave method are slightly larger than those using random design wave method;The second structural form is the optimal structural forms;The most dangerous calculation condition of the platforms under different structural forms and different design wave methods is different.These calculation processes and conclusions can provide some guidance for structural design and strength analysis of similar monitoring platforms in the future.
