In recent years,the phenomenon of illegal refit of vehicle transport vehicle and over-limit transportation in our country has been repeatedly prohibited and intensified,which has not only seriously damaged the healthy and stable development of the road transport industry,but also disturbed the market order of the whole vehicle logistics industry.It also causes great harm and hidden danger to road traffic safety and peopleundefineds life and property safety.To completely change this phenomenon,on August 18,2016,the Ministry of Transport,the Ministry of Industry and Information,the Ministry of Public Security,the State Development and Reform Commission,The General Office of five departments of the State Administration of quality Supervision,Quarantine and Quarantine has jointly issued the "working Plan for the Administration of vehicle Transport vehicles"(handing over the Office of Transportation [2016] 107)to comprehensively carry out the work of vehicle transport vehicle management.As an important part of the vehicle transport vehicle,the medium axle vehicle transport vehicle has the advantages of large load,good passage and strong applicability,which will become the main vehicle model of the next vehicle transport vehicle.But in our country,the medium axle vehicle transporter also belongs to the new product category,lacks the related research.The purpose of this paper is to improve the driving stability and safety performance of the medium axle vehicle.Firstly,a simplified mathematical model of eight degrees of freedom(DOF)of a single vehicle is established,and a nonlinear vehicle simulation model is established by means of TruckSim.In this paper,the snake-shaped test of a certain type of vehicle transport vehicle is carried out by using the driving stability test system of a medium axle vehicle transport vehicle,and the simulation test under the same working condition is carried out with the simulation model,and the simulation results are compared.The correctness of the simulation model is verified.Several important parameters,such as speed,wheelbase of tractor and trailer,height of center of mass,position of center of mass and position of traction ring,are selected.Linear braking and curve braking simulation test.By changing each parameter value and analyzing their influence on the driving stability of the medium axle vehicle,this paper provides a certain reference for the design and application of the medium axle vehicle transport vehicle.In order to improve the driving stability of the medium axle vehicle,the direct yaw torque control strategy of the middle axle vehicle transport vehicle was studied.Firstly,the mathematical model of two degrees of freedom of the vehicle with middle axle is established as the reference model of the control strategy.The integral estimation algorithm is used to estimate the side deflection angle of mass center which is difficult to measure directly.The calculation model of yaw moment of tractor and trailer is designed by using fuzzy control and PID control.The braking wheel selection scheme is established and the suitable wheel is selected according to the vehicle driving state to carry on braking control.Finally,the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified by using the Trucksim-Simulink simulation platform,and the driving stability of the medium axle vehicle is improved.
