Research On Energy Saving Application Of Evaporative Cooling Air Conditioning System At Airport

With the rapid development of the national economy,the construction of airports has been increasing in recent years,and the energy consumption of airports has been continuously improved.The energy consumption of air-conditioning systems accounts for 40% to 60%,which accounts for a large proportion and has obvious energy-saving potential.Evaporative cooling air conditioning systems rely on the low energy consumption of natural cold sources,and their application to airports will play a positive role in airport energy conservation construction.This paper summarizes the forms of existing airport air conditioning systems and divides them into air-water evaporative cooling air conditioning systems,all-air evaporative cooling air conditioning systems,and unit systems.Based on the actual engineering and case application of each system in the airport,the applicability and energy saving of the evaporative cooling air conditioning system at the airport are discussed from the perspectives of engineering analysis,actual measurement analysis and energy saving analysis.This paper takes the air-water evaporative cooling air conditioning system applied in the terminal building of Dunhuang Airport as the research object and introduces the feasibility of the application of the system in the terminal building.The problem of cooperative coupling operation between the air-water evaporative cooling air conditioning system and mechanical refrigeration air conditioning system is analyzed.Through the field research and testing,the actual effect and existing problems of the application of the system in the airport terminal building were tested,and the problems were further discussed;Through the calculation of the actual operating hours of the system in the cooling season of Dunhuang Airport,the energy consumption and economy of the air-water evaporative cooling air conditioning system of this project and the air-water air conditioning system of the conventional mechanical refrigeration cooling source in the cooling season For comparative analysis,it is concluded that the air-water evaporative cooling air-conditioning system used in the terminal building of Dunhuang Airport can save 38.7% energy consumption on the cold source side compared with the traditional pure mechanical refrigeration air-conditioning system,saving operating costs of 100,000 yuan;The operation mode can save 71.55% of energy consumption and the operating cost can be reduced by 113,300 yuan.This paper takes the all-air evaporative cooling air-conditioning system applied in the air catering center of Dunhuang Airport as the research object and analyzes the applicability of this system in the airport catering center.Through field research and testing,it is verified that the full air-conditioning evaporative cooling air-conditioning system using natural cold source can also be used.Meet the requirements of indoor temperature and humidity;through the analysis of the energy-saving of the system,it is concluded that the all-air evaporative cooling air-conditioning system can save 1/2 energy compared to the conventional full-air mechanical refrigeration air-conditioning system.Based on the introduction of the principle and type of unit evaporative cooling air conditioner,this paper compares the characteristics of each type of unit evaporative cooling air conditioner and the applicable place in the airport.For some typical local hotspot areas of the airport,the unit is analyzed with practical test analysis.The applicability and practicability of the evaporative cooling air conditioner in the local hot spot of the airport;through comparative analysis,under the premise of reaching the comfortable temperature range of the indoor personnel,the energy consumption of the unit evaporative cooling air conditioner is only consumed by the unit type mechanical refrigeration air conditioner.It is about 1/10 of the energy.In the paper,there are 108 pictures,30 tables and 57 references.
