With the continuous development of China's high-speed railway,in order to improve the economy and safety of it,digital traction substations as new technologies are gradually advancing.In recent years,the wide-area protection measurement and control system based on digital substation proposed by domestic scholars has further improved the reliability and selectivity of the traction network.In order to ensure the reliable operation of the traction power supply system,it is particularly important to perform the running status detection and functional testing before the wide-area protection measurement and control system is put into operation.Compared with the analog signal-based test of the traditional traction power supply integrated automation system,the test of the wide-area protection measurement and control system is based on the network communication method to test each unit of the system.Most of the current test solutions are tested around a single device using a relay protection tester.These test scenarios cannot be tested for wide-area protection of remote fits.Based on the physical structure and communication mode of the wide-area protection measurement and control system,this paper analyzes the test characteristics and test requirements of the system.In order to realize the integrity test of the wide-area protection measurement and control of the system,relevant research on the test scheme was carried out.Detailed analysis of the protection and self-healing start conditions,time determination,and action logic of the wide-area protection measurement and control system.Through the analysis,the switch state after the primary equipment failure fault of the system and the switch state after the self-healing action are obtained.These switch states provide the correct basis for system functional testing.On this basis,the RTDS system is used to simulate the electrical quantity of the traction network in different states.The simulated electric quantity is used to simulate the fault SMV,and then the functional test of system ranging,protection and selfhealing is realized by detecting the GOOSE message.Finally,through the research,the test plan of the wide area protection measurement and control system was obtained.In order to validate the test plan,test software was developed on the Visual Studio 2017 platform based on the test plan.At the same time,the wide-area protection measurement and control system was built by using analog circuit breaker and protection measurement and control device,and the system functional test and operation state test were verified one by one.The wide-area protection measurement and control system test software developed in this paper can verify the running status,ranging,protection and self-healing of the wide-area protection measurement and control system.It proves that the test software has certain practicability.
