| In the process of accelerating national urbanization,urban population has increased rapidly,urban traffic has become increasingly crowded,and urban land use has become increasingly scarce,seriously affecting the improvement of people's living standards and the development of urban economy.Therefore,in order to solve the problems of traffic congestion and land shortage in major cities,urban subway construction is gradually accelerating.In the process of building a city subway,it is inevitable to encounter the situation of crossing the building,such as crossing the bridge pile foundation and the foundation of the house structure.Based on the construction of the first phase of the Nanning Rail Transit Line 3 under the shield of Pingleyudong overpass,the paper analyzed the analysis of relevant engineering cases and ANSYS finite element simulation analysis to study the subway tunnel shield construction caused by crossing the overpass.The main technical parameters and key control techniques of shield tunneling were proposed for surface settlement and deformation characteristics and rules of bridge pile foundation.Mainly made the following research:(1)Through the collection and analysis of related literatures,the research methods,influence laws and main control measures of subway shield construction underpass are summarized.(2)Analyzed the hydrogeological conditions and construction design of the Pinglingyudong overpass under the shield.(3)Using ANSYS finite element software to carry out numerical simulation calculation of the construction process of the shield underpass,analyzed the influence mechanism of shield construction on the pile foundation and ground of the overpass,and study the surface deformation law to provide a basis for shield construction measures.(4)Summarized the construction and treatment practices of this project,and combined the actual settlement monitoring data to propose the key technical measures for the construction of subway shields under the overpass. |
