In this paper,a new type of ignited engine intake system is designed to replace the traditional throttle type intake system,called the series valve speed control system.The Series Valve Speed Control system,referred to as the SVSC system.The new intake system is also a type of variable valve technology.For convenience of memory,the series valve speed control system is referred to as the SVSC system.The system cancels the traditional throttle valve,and can realize the continuous change of the valve timing within a certain range,which can reduce the pumping loss of the engine during the intake process under the medium and small load,thereby achieving the purpose of improving fuel economy.In this paper,the SVSC system is simulated and analyzed by using two simulation softwares,namely GT-power software and Ansys software.A traditional throttle valve intake system model and a SVSC system model were established for comparative analysis.Specifically,the GT-power is used to establish a two-intake system model,and the software is used for calculation,and the data parameters are obtained as the boundary conditions and data foundation of the next stage Ansys software analysis.The three-dimensional modeling software Creo is used to model the intake air system;the meshing software Ansys-ICEN is used to mesh the two air intake systems;the simulation calculation is performed by Ansys-fluid,and the two air intake systems are obtained in each work.The internal fluid state parameter cloud map,ie pressure cloud map,velocity cloud map,temperature cloud map.The simulation sequence of this paper is based on the bench test data as the parameter basis of GT-power simulation.The model size and parameters established by GT-power are from the bench test,and the data are obtained through calculation;the data is simulated as Ansys.Based on the boundary conditions and the parameter basis,the state parameters of the internal fluids of the two systems are obtained.By comparing the results of the analysis,the conclusion is drawn.The entire simulation analysis process and the results are true and reliable.Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results,the following conclusions can be drawn: 1.The existence of the throttle valve causes a large throttling loss in the intake process of the engine under medium and small loads,resulting in a large pressure difference between the air before and after flowing through the throttle.Large,the pumping loss is very large;2,the throttleless SVSC intake system produces little pressure drop loss during engine intake,which can reduce the pumping loss of the engine;3.The throttle type intake system is When the engine is at medium and small load,the internal fluid flows in the intake pipe very sharply;4.The flow of the internal fluid in the intake pipe is relatively soft under the small load condition of the SVSC system;5.Compared with the traditional throttle type Compared with the intake air,the throttleless SVSC intake system can reduce the pumping loss of the engine under medium and small loads,thereby reducing fuel consumption and improving engine fuel economy.
