Vibration and acoustic performance are the most important parts of structural function in industrial products and engineering equipments.In the structural design of vibration problems and acoustic problems,topology optimization method which based on mathematical programming can be used to improve the structure performance to achieve an efficient structural design.For acoustic vibration structures,the interaction between structure domain and the acoustic domain must be considered.This raises an acoustic-structure interaction problem.In this paper,topology optimization of maximizing the fundamental frequency and topology optimization of the acoustic-structure interaction are studied,and the RAMP interpolation method is used to avoid the local mode problem in the dynamic topology optimization.Acoustic-structure interaction topology optimization is applied to the design of musical instrument structures.In the study of topology optimization problem of maximizing the fundamental frequency,the author compares the optimization results of SIMP interpolation method and RAMP interpolation method through theoretical derivation and MATLAB numerical examples,author discusses the reasons for the different numerical stability of optimization objective function with two interpolation methods.In the study of acoustic-structure interaction topology optimization,the author uses the pressure/displacement mixed finite element method to discuss the feasibility of acousticstructure interaction topology optimization numerical experiment in COMSOL,and obtain a clear topological configuration of structure with different objective function and multiple excitation frequencies.It provides a way for the application of numerical simulation of acousticstructure interaction structure topology optimizationFinally,according to the acoustic-structure interaction topology optimization idea,the author optimizes an acoustic guitar top plate reinforcement structure to get a better sound amplification performance,an optimization design idea for acoustic resonant cavity is proposed.The engineering applicability of numerical simulation of acoustic-structure interaction structure topology optimization is verified.
